Characteristics :
◾️ Appearance, 25℃ : Off-white pellets.
◾️ Solubility : Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, chloroform and otherorganic solvents.
Shelf Life :
Should remain within the specification limits at least one year after production, provided it is properly stored.
Application :
◾️ Anti-statics 9130 is a non-ionic composite anti-static agent developed by our factory for plastic films.
◾️ Anti-statics 9130 used high-purity primary amine as raw material to prepare intermediates and compounds optimized for high-purity monoglycerides. Compared with general antistatic agents, Anti-statics 9130 has a higher effective content, better compatibility, and does not increase the haze of BOPP. It is particularly suitable for high-quality BOPP films such as cigarette packaging films. Meanwhile, Anti-statics 9130 exhibits low volatility and good sliding performance during processing. No fracture accidents occur in BOPP production, suitable for high-speed continuous production of BOPP films.Some indication for the level applied in various polymers is given below :

Safety and Health :
Anti-statics 9130 is non-toxic, approved for application in food indirect contact packaging materials .
Packaging :
The product is packed by inner plastic bag, and external kraft bags, net weight is 25kg .
Storage :
◾️ It is recommended to stored the product in a dry place at 25℃ max, avoiddirect sunlight and rain.
◾️ Prolonged storage over 60℃ can cause some lump and discoloration. It is no dangerous, according to general chemical for transport,storage.
