Action Mechanism :

PPA-5990 active group will firmly adsorb inorganic fillers, pigment particles and small molecular additives, and the other end of the active group is a nonlinear long chain, and PE, PP and other polyolefin resin has a good bonding force, so it can greatly improve the dispersion of pigments, additives and fillers, reduce dissolution, thus significantly improving the mouth mold accumulation phenomenon.

Processing Guide :

   ◾️   Addition amount :2000~3000ppm ;

   ◾️   Onset time :15~30 minutes ;

   ◾️   Good dispersion is a key factor in the effectiveness of economic additions ;

   ◾️   The preparation of 10-20% of the masterbatch is added or directly added during the resin granulation process ;

   ◾️   It is recommended to use a twin-screw extruder to produce masterbatch, and the screw combination preferably selects sufficient  mixing section to avoid excessive shear .
