Product application :
◾️ Blow film, cast film, the hollow blow molding plastic products, pipe, sheets, masterbatch.
◾️ Notice: Not suitable for Nylon, BOPP films.
Processing Guide :
The dispersion of PPA in resin determines the performance. The recommended process is to add PPA via 3%-5% Masterbatchthrough twin-screw extruder, and then add it into the extrusive resin according to the ultimate goal. The conditioning time is 10-60 minutes according to the equipment, base material and shear rate. No conditioning time when long-term use of this product.
Product Functions :
◾️ Improve film surface quality by eliminating melt fracture;
◾️ Reduce wears of a mold in the processing process, eliminate the die buildup;
◾️ Increase the ratio of LLDPE in LLDPE/LDPE blends for lower cost, higher quality;
◾️ Increase output and save energy.
