Product application :
Nucleating agent T11 is mostly used as a stiffening agent in homopolymer polypropylene and random copolymer polypropylene,
such as in the production of high crystallinity, high rigidity, and heat resistant modified polypropylene products, such as car bumpers,
interior panels, instrument panels, small home appliance shells, and other polypropylene products.
Processing Guide :
T11 suggests adding 0.2% to 0.3%. When using, please first mix with a mixer (1000 rpm) for at least 10 minutes to fully disperse the material.
Product Functions :
T11 has a high melting point, good thermal stability, strong nucleation ability improves the rigidity, transparency, tensile strength,
and creep resistance of the product.
Packaging & Storage :
◾️ Carton lined with film bags for packaging, with a net weight of 10 kilograms per box.
◾️ Store in cool dry and sun block condition.
