Polymer Processing Additive（PPA-5990）
PPA-5990 is a plastic additive containing fatty acids and is a high performance fluoro free polymer processing aid for improving the processing properties of polyolefin. Can be used in LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE, HDPE, PP, UHMWPE, PVCand other resins; Its effect is more obvious in LLDPE, mLLDPE and HMWHDPE with linear structure.
Action Mechanism:PPA-5990 active group will firmly adsorb inorganic fillers, pigment particles and small molecular additives, and the other end of the active group is a nonlinear long chain, and PE, PP and other polyolefin resin has a good bonding force, so it can greatly improve the dispersion of pigments, additives and fillers, reduce dissolution, thus significantly improving the mouth mold accumulation phenomenon.

Addition amount :2000~3000ppm;
Onset time :15~30 minutes;
Good dispersion is a key factor in the effectiveness of economic additions:
The preparation of 10-20% of the masterbatch is added or directly added during the resin granulation process;
It is recommended to use a twin-screw extruder to produce masterbatch, and the screw combination preferably selects sufficient mixing section to avoid excessive shear.
